Job description

  • Ensure that Implementation of the Geotechnical Champaign on site with Quality Management System and compliance requirements.
  • Preparation and review of geotechnical activity (site inspection and laboratory include).
  • Have ability to conduct a design for foundation (deep and shallow) and slope stability.
  • Liaise with Engineer Manager for the Project Deliverables Quality and submission.
  • Conduct supervision on site, prepare and issue reports.
  • Raise Non-Conformance Reports (NCRS) where Contractor’s QA/QC system fails.
  • Monitoring of the open NCRs for closure with Contractor.
  • Reviewing the QA/QC plans and Quality Control Procedure prepared by the contractor.
  • Conduct monthly quality performance evaluation of the contractor and lessons learned Coordinator.
  • Communications within your team and across other teams (i.e., Design and Construction Teams) are essential.

Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
  • Have experience in infrastructure project (mining, oil and gas experience is preferable).
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in the construction site.
  • Have knowledge and understanding with project schedule, implemented work method, materials and equipment.
  • Have knowledge and understanding with project documentations (specs and standard).
  • Have ability to release, control and close the NCR for improvement and record.
  • Have knowledge in material laboratory testing activity (soil, concrete, etc)
  • Leadership skills with willingness to lead, take on responsibilities and challenge.
  • Ability to identify problems and review related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions.
  • Provides full supervision, site inspection, quality control supervision, HSE supervision, and field material control of construction activities to ensure compliance with the construction contracts requirements, specifications, and detailed engineering study.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent in English language.
  • Good communications skills.
