This position will work within our Water Service Line for flood prevention and adaptation activities in the Philippines. We shall be tasked with proposing improvements to flood risk management, planning, and development of flood protection infrastructures.

• Assist in the overall management and direction of the Sub-Project
• Assist in the consolidation, preparation, and submission of deliverables
• Assist in the preparation of submittal consolidation of Design Reports and other required deliverables of the project
• Provide the planning of the conduct of the Detailed Engineering Design following the TOR

• Licensed Civil Engineer
• At least 5 years of experience in flood control/river improvement works
• Should have at least 3 years of experience as assistant to team leader in flood control projects involving the preparation of Master Plans, FS Studies, Field Surveys or Detailed Engineering designs
• Must be proficient in writing technical reports 
• Previous experience working with International Funding Institutions would be beneficial
• International project exposure
• English language in business environment
