The main function of this role is the Design of Bridges and Transportation Structures:

• Structural analysis and design of structures (reinforced concrete residential and office buildings, steel water tanks, trusses, and detailing).
• Design of Bridges – Conceptualization of reinforced concrete bridge deck forms (integral, semi-integral, simply supported, and prestressed concrete girder bridges to Eurocode standards) using Finite Element modelling and analysis software.
•  Geometric Design of Major and minor roads to Federal Ministry of Works standards Autodesk using Autodesk CIVIL 3D,
• Geographical data interpretation and use of GIS software.

Level 8 Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering;

• Design of concrete, steel, and composite bridges
• Design of steel/concrete elements
• Structural modelling and analysis;
• 3-5 years experience.
