Proactively assist the office teams by providing high-quality support in daily activities of business affairs, including:

• Tender preparation (administrative / technical requirements compliance, cost estimation, contractual setup, quality, document control, due diligence processes and internal governance),
• Commercial database (CVs, references, templates, records, registration to procurement systems),
• Commercial reporting (track records of tenders, performance monitoring),
• Business development support to the Lead Engineer for the BL transportation in the region,
• Quality management: adapts and implements commercial processes throughout all activities, including but not limited to document control, business processes, etc.
• Professional network internally and externally and will be recognized for his/her attention to detail.
• Preparation of documents and the production of minutes of meetings against high-quality standards.

• 5 years of experience in bids and business or project activities in an international firm is required
• Background in civil engineering tenders in Thailand and/or region
• Degree from a reputable university in Engineering, Business, or related fields.
• Strong inter-personal and communication skills (verbal, written).
• High level of comfort with all Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Necessary to be organized with attention to detail and strong commitment to role.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Thai languages
• Ability to work within tight deadlines and manage priorities with strong accountability.
• Ability to manage is workload and prioritize tasks and activities, showing a proactive attitude
• Has proven ability to work in a multi-cultural environment as an initiative-taker.
• Travels to South-East Asian cities may be required
