Job description

  • Tender Coordination: Assist in the end-to-end process of tender submissions for the regional (Asia) geographic perimeter, ensuring all deadlines are met and documentation is complete.
  • Document Preparation: Draft and edit tender documents, proposals, and related materials in collaboration with Tender and Technical teams.
  • Communication: Maintain effective communication with internal stakeholders (Asia BL Transportation team, Regional Team and Business Line in France), clients, and subcontractors to gather necessary information for tender submissions.
  • Database Management: Maintain and update databases with accurate information related to tenders, contracts, and project documentation.
  • Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to identify potential tender opportunities and contribute to the development of strategic business plans.
  • Administrative Support: Provide general administrative assistance to the BD and Tendering Department, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling departmental correspondence.

Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • minimum 3 years of experience in related field.
  • Proven experience in tender administration, preferably in the transportation engineering or construction industry.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Thai and English.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
