•  Recruit the team members.
•  Estimate workload by profile and assemble project teams.
•  Coordinate and supervise the testers’ and developers’ work.
•  Contribute to creating training and awareness plans for best practices.

Quality, Security, and Software Consistency Management

In collaboration with your French counterpart who you will refer to, you :

• Review code and validate new software versions before production deployment.
• Contribute to defining and implementing quality processes.
• Define and disseminate best practices.
• Oversee technical consistency and software evolution.
• Supervise quality and deadlines meeting.

Interactions with the French team and the IT Department for System Integration

• Interact with the French Digital Factory Team.
• Regularly interact with the IT department, for deployment and operational purposes.
• Ensure compliance to the group standards and best practice.

Desired Skills and Experience

• You hold a degree from an engineering or computer science school (equivalent to a bachelor’s degree plus five years of study).
• You have at least ten years of experience in full-stack development, IT architecture and testing. You are proficient in several of the following technologies: SquashTM, Python, Django Rest Framework, React, Fastapi, Azure, Docker, Gitlab, Kubernetes, and Postgresql.
• You work autonomously, can lead a team, and enjoy taking on responsibilities.
• You have a penchant for technical code and enjoy innovating to solve complex technical challenges.
• You are interested in the engineering sector.
• You are meticulous and can achieve a high level of quality in your work.
• You are proficient in English.
