We are now looking for a Junior Airport Engineer to join our innovative team in Manila, the Philippines!
You will be responsible for supporting the Aviation Team in airport masterplan, terminal building planning, airfield design, as well as other airport development studies to assist our clients in the Asia Pacific region to achieve greater success.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with Senior Consultants in project delivery;
- Support the development of masterplan and Concept Designs of airports of different sizes;
- Provide engineering support including drawing, research, calculation, report drafting etc.;
- Ensure accurate and efficient documentation and implementation of planning requirements;
- Assist clients in stakeholder engagement and regulatory certification activities;
- Support bid preparation and business development in the Aviation Business Line.
Education and Training
- A bachelor’s degree in engineering or architecture or equivalent;
- Demonstratable 2-5 years experience in infrastructure development, airport planning, airport design, building design or urban planning projects;
Excellent skills in AutoCAD, Civil3D, Revit and other engineering computer tools; - Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint);
Excellent command of written and spoken English.
Experience
- At least 2 years of working experience in the field of infrastructure development, urban planning, or other relevant engineering/architectural fields; 2-5 years of experience will be an advantage.
- Demonstrable evidence of applying relevant techniques to airport development, urban transportation, urban planning, or other relevant domains.
- Familiarity with planning and design topics such as passenger flow, floorplan, capacity, etc.;
- A strong understanding of design coordination;
