The MENS’ BU (Project structuring, Operation and New Services) is one of the world leaders in the financial project structuring of PPP projects, as well as in the operation of infrastructures and services. In the road sector, Egis operates and maintains 44 roads and highways, including civil structures such as bridges, viaducts and tunnels. Through 28 operating companies, Egis employs more than 9,300 people in more than 20 countries, i.e. nearly 4,400 km.
In the airport sector, our BU operates, maintains and develops a network of 17 airports around the world, handling more than 30 million passengers and 330,000 tons of freight per year.
The MENS’ BU also offers a wide range of services for its customers such as electronic toll collection, interoperability and on-street parking management.

Egis and our joint venture partners have formed Connect Plus Services (CPS), which is the company responsible for managing one of the busiest motorways in Europe through Highways England's largest Design build Finance operate (DBFO) contract. Job description

Role purpose:

CPS Supply Chain Management Strategy has been developed with a mission of providing relationship management that collaborates to address the performance opportunities within CPS’s strategic supply chain.

CPS requires the supply chain team to embed a high-performance culture and effectively manage relationships strategically. The supply chain planner skillset of effective relationship management, maximising efficiency, planning, and waste removal is required.
Working in the supply chain department within the commercial division.
Role will be to deliver the CPS Supply Chain Management Strategy objectives.
Manage and engage with CPS strategic supply chain through collaboration and high-performance initiatives
Monitor and measure supply chain performance using Jaggaer digital system. Agree collaborative action plans to improve performance.
Manage and develop the CPS supply chain performance process.

Main accountabilities:

·         Drive the scoring of our strategic supply chain to achieve performance targets

·         Collation of supply chain performance data to identify trends and value adding actions

·         Update supply chain performance dashboard sharing a monthly update for CPS

·         Meet and coordinate with scoring teams to ensure 100% scorecard completion and integrity of scoring.

·         Meet and coordinate with strategic supply chain monthly

·         Build and maintain excellent supplier relationships.

·         Work alongside suppliers to ensure we work collaboratively and efficiently

·         Collate 360 feedback from supply chain to embed continuous improvement as part of supply chains and Connect Plus Services culture

·         Encourage a transparent and collaborative monthly review of performance, forward planning, innovation, and value

·         Drive a reduction alongside our supply chain in risks and waste

·         Implement & develop processes for supply chain management including material purchasing

·         Ensure all duties are carried out in accordance with the company policies and processes

·         Ensure all duties are carried out in accordance with standard company internal BMS processes

·         Ensure that necessary interface information between customer, supply chain and other departments is provided in a timely manner

·         Support enhancing synergies with key areas across Connect Plus Services teams including Commercial, Health & Safety, Asset & Project Delivery, Service Delivery, Finance and Digital Transformation

·         Ensure a relentless focus on Zero Harm

Qualifications/ skills/ experience:

The following qualities/experience are essential:

·         Supply chain planning experience

·         Supply Chain performance management experience

·         Proficiency in writing, numeracy, IT and MS Office

·         People networking skills, with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels

·         Proven ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative

·         Enthusiasm and results focus, with an ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines

·         Good negotiation skills with both internal and external customers
