Job description

To work on a range of large-scale projects including high-end resorts, towers, residential, commercial buildings, and hotels, directly under the Design Manager as project lead managing a team of Architects.
Should demonstrate expert-level BIM with strong design skills and good technical capabilities who will lead a team of BIM architects and liaise with engineers for coordination.
1. Design Development and implementation from CD to IFC.
2. Leading Architectural team working alongside as a team player.
3. Key contributor to the inhouse BIM Committee for developing BIM Content/Library, managing KPIs, contributing to achieving annual BIM Goals, progressive upgradation of BIM Standards & manuals, improving project templates & review of project models.
4. Prepare reports and cooperate in BIM auditing activities.
5. Producing periodic reports for senior managers, to identify and measure BIM implementation.
6. Develop BIM Execution Plan (Pre-Contract & Post Contract) based on the client’s EIR.
7. Manage BIM Process throughout the design phase of the project including management of CDE, MIDP, TIDP, Data Drops, Model health checking of PIM, and be in charge of Design Issues.
8. Follow Office BIM protocol and ensure delivery of PIM and stage deliverables as per office standards.
9. Participate in Client and consultant’s BIM workshops, resolve clashes and review Minutes of the meeting before being issued in BIM 360 Docs.
10. Review stage submission of PIM and conduct QA/QC audit based on BEP or office template.
11. Ensure models are developed In compliance with BEP and follow LOD requirements and Classification system as defined.
12. Assess and forecast key risks involved in the project and propose mitigation methods to the corresponding line Manager.
13. Responsible for compliance with local authority and international codes.
14. Responsible for all technical detailing of projects.
15. Responsible for management of stage submission as per contract deliverables.
16. Accountable & responsible for inter-disciplinary coordination with all consultants.
17. Update Architectural specifications in accordance with contract deliverables.
18. Support line manager in the tender process for technical aspects including preparation of tender documents, response to tender queries, and PTC.
19. Support the site supervision team in clarifying design queries during the construction stage.

Profile

 Must have a Professional degree (Masters’s or Bachelor's) in Architecture from an accredited program.
 Must possess a minimum of 8 + years working on Medium to Large scale projects.
 Revit Expert level with a minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience in Revit and Navis work.
 Excellent knowledge of international building codes and local codes.
 Expert knowledge of architectural principles/practices and technical.
 Excellent communication, a team player, self-motivated, energetic, well organized, and a self-starter with attention to detail.
