General Responsibilities & Accountabilities

Marketing

• Within a one-company approach, leverage each of the Egis Group’s brands according to business requirements and brand guidelines, and act as a brand steward, upholding brand and trademark standards and consistency in all marketing communication applications;
• Track key social media analytics on a monthly basis, including Google Analytics, Facebook, LinkedIn…
• Drive social media campaign to expand audience scope and increase audience size.
• Developing exceptional proposals and responses to solicitations that highlight and emphasize the differentiators associated with our approach and strategy for specific opportunities;
• Identify advertising, PR, media and promotional opportunities, in key local and international media;
• Ensure that all marketing communications adhere to corporate regulations in working with Head Office for approval;
• Support Tender Unit in collating tenders, prequalification’s, project sheets and corporate brochures;
• Manage and lead the execution of approved marketing campaigns
• Anticipate trends in field of expertise and make recommendations to further the company’s marketing communication practices, and share knowledge and learnings across the team globally.

Communication

• Ensure core communication channels are up-to-date, manage various channels including the company intranet, SharePoint sites, newsletters…;
• Collect, compile and draft promotional contents to contribute to internal newsletter, projects brochure or leaflet, social media and various marketing materials;
• With a focus on external content, provide direction and support on content development relevant to the business for the website;
• Write, edit and maintain content for social media outlets (blogs…)
• Lead and organize internal events, client events and exhibitions from inception through to completion;
• Work with C.C.O and local communications team to develop, manage and execute various branding events to drive business growth and Egis’s brand exposure;
• Liaise with local communications team on graphic, visual, corporate premiums demand;
• Support development of marketing and promotional materials for tradeshows, conferences and other client meetings; Update intranet with announcements, general and project information;
• Assist in managing all external & internal communications.

Required skills and Experience

• Bachelor Degree or above in related disciplines;
• 5-10 Years of experience 
• Ideal candidate must have strong marketing & communications experience in a professional services capacity, in the region :
• Excellent English oral, writing and editing skills. 
• Cantonese Language skills are desirable
• Excellent time management and organizational skills;
• Good InDesign and Illustrator, strong PowerPoint; and
• Able to interface at all levels within the company
