Business Line specific context

Our growing business is searching for a KPIs Monitor & Control Manager to define, follow up, and update program KPIs based on the Program Strategy. If you are an experienced and competent individual with in-depth knowledge of KPI management, then we’re looking for you! In this role, your duties will include designing and tracking program and portfolio performance KPIs.

Our ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. You will directly be reporting to the Deputy Program Director and will regularly interact with representatives from a variety of functional groups, including program management, engineering, and construction.

Job description

  • Ensure Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and governance processes are in place to drive adherence to global standards.
  • Develop and Organize the Program component’s responses and oversight to, KPI and compliance agenda items.
  • Execute program deliverables in alignment with project Integrated Plan
  • Review and monitor all default proposed key performance indicators for feasibility
  • Manage and coordinate regularly scheduled meetings with the managers to ensure the KPIs are on target to be met.
  • Review all documents detailing the KPIs
  • Track and identify trends or fails and prepare responses to fails
  • Respond regarding the  impact and development of processes to be compliant with any necessary changes
  • Perform program performance management activities

  • Experience designing, developing, implementing, and managing KPI processes within a mega program;
