This position will work within our Water Service Line for flood prevention and adaptation activities in the Philippines. We shall propose improvements to flood risk management, planning, and development of flood protection infrastructures.

• Leads in the conduct of field investigation and collect historical flood reports and supplemental information on the existing condition of flood-prone areas, prevailing conditions of the river and drainage system;
• Leads in the collection of pertinent data and conduct of surveys (hydrographic, drainage , structures and etc.);
• Leads in reviewing and approving the results; consolidation, preparation, and submission of deliverables
• Leads with the overall management of the DED Team members, including inspection, investigation, and assessment of the study areas;
• Leads in the planning and conduct of the DED following the TOR.
  
  

• Professional Civil Engineer with at least 10 years of work experience in flood control master planning, preparation of feasibility study and detailed engineering design of flood control/river improvement works; coordination with LGUs; and projects with land acquisition.
• He/she must be proficient in writing technical reports in English.
