Job description

General Accounting

  • Responsible in overall accounting operations: report, taxation and ensure they are well prepared and managed to keep accounting up to date, in accordance with accounting standards, but also with company policy,
  • Verify and record the Company's related financial transactions in the accounting software according to the scheme discussed with the Finance Managers and Project Managers (account / project code),
  • Prepare the Company's General Ledger according to Group Accounting Agenda and deadlines,
  • Liaise with the external accountants and ensure accounting reports such as interim & year-end reports and taxes are correct,
  • Assist with any other follow-up or reporting request from Management.
  • Prepare and follow up invoicing to external / internal clients,
    Control of expenses such as suppliers, agencies, expense claims, payroll, common funds,
  • Prepare all the payment transactions to third parties,
  • Perform monthly bank reconciliation,
  • Perform monthly petty cash reconciliation,
  • Reconciliation of accounts between External and Internal books, Internal & Auditors,
  • Reconciliation of intercompany transactions,
  • Free Cash flow preparation.
  • Client review for depreciation calculation.
  • FOREX reevaluation.

Closing and Audit

  • Assist and manage the preparations for the year-end financial audit including providing all necessary documents and information, establishing relationship with external auditors.
  • Assist and manage on Group financial process & agenda
  • Annual budget preparation
  • Quarterly forecast
  • Monthly closing


  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Accounting or any related fields or,
  • At least of 8-year experience in executive assistant role or other related fields
  • Strong Communication and good coordinator skill
  • A positive attitude, professional demeanor, and ability to work collaboratively as part of a team are essential
  • Respect of deadlines, has problem solving skills, highly responsible and working under high pressure also strong coordination
  • Excellent command of English and Thai
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software is necessary, especially Excel.
  • Experience with Oracle is a plus
  • Experience with WIP / POC method is a plus.
  • Experience in MNC is a plus
