Job description

Are you the team worker with passion for service and building relationships with customers? Do you feel at home in an international and dynamic working environment, than this position is made for you!

For our Customer Care Department in Dordrecht we are looking for a new colleague.


What are you going to do?

  • Activation of toll contracts, On Board Units (OBU's) and fuel cards
  • Process mutations, shipping and monitoring of OBU's and fuel cards
  • Support our customers on a daily basis by phone, e-mail, etc.
  • Support the Sales Team (finalizing contract, check customer solvency, etc.)
  • Be the interface between the customer and other departments
  • Promote sales of our services

You will communicate on a daily basis with our customers and channel partners, and of course internally with the colleagues from other departments.



What do we expect from you?

  • Relevant working experience (Customer Care, B2B, transport/logistics is a plus)

  • Good communication skills in both Dutch and English\

  • Independent, accurate, solution oriented and a customer focused attitude

  • Ability to work with different IT systems (MS-Office, CRM systems and reporting tools)

  • You are available for 32-40 hours per week

3-Diploma of Higher Education / Associate’s Degree / BTEC Higher National Diploma

Minimum level of experience required

2-5 years
