Job description

 

For our European Billing Department in Italy we are looking for a proactive and motivated person, to work in a dynamic team.

In this interesting position you will manage the different billing cycles of all products our Company offers.

You will communicate with customers and colleagues based across Europe.

Team is based in Italy and reports directly to the Billing Manager based in Cesena.

Profile

What we expect from you:

•Review the invoices received ensuring they are accurate

•Ensure the company does not overpay invoices

Solve problems with provider and/or with product & services department

•File and manage  invoicing documents, processes with care and accuracy and send to the customers

•Ensure good cooperation with other departments in the company(ICT, Finance ect…)

•Handle incoming customer requests

•Excellent computer skills in MS office and ability in ERP systems
