The job of a Talent Acquisition Coordinator will require someone able to:
▬ Recruit the best employees and profiles for our operational and support teams (including tendering)
▬ Regularly report on the Recruitment activity
▬ Implement and oversee onboarding & departures processes
▬ Liaise between employees and their reports during integration period
▬ Support Performance Management process helping to oversee and manage reviews
▬ Manage and support training, development and succession planning
▬ Conduct audits, develop procedures and maintain records related to talent management
▬ Stay abreast of relevant internal policies, local labour laws and industry practices
We recognize that each applicant will bring different experience, but the ideal candidate will have:
▬ Preferably minimum 5 years of proven experience in an HR recruitment in engineering consultancy or construction
▬ Excellent networking and personal skills, including a strong network in construction engineering in Romania
▬ Knowledge of HR policies and procedures
▬ Good spoken and written English
▬ Strong computer skills (proficiency in Microsoft applications – Excel advanced).
