Job description
•Work within the team to provide a range of Programme and Project Management duties from project inception to completion.
• Prepare and maintain the Programme for the design, and delivery of the Project. Monitor the actual performance of the Professional Team against planned progress.
• Identify the roles and responsibilities of the Client, the Professional Team, and the associated consultants and sub-consultants.
• Work closely with other members of the Programme Team to create reports, understand the data, create actions, and manage them through to completion.
• Prepare a risk management strategy. Prepare and maintain a risk register.
• Maintain continuous records, of the Minutes, the document releases, work with the Document Control Team to maintain Trackers.
• Standardize/ automate/ develop processes and tools to track and analyze the project costs including budgets, commitments, actuals, accruals, forecasts, and contingencies analysis.
• Drive continuous improvement, automation, and lean techniques to drive consistency and efficiencies across projects, programs, and portfolios in project controls, cost, and schedule management.
• Support and sometimes lead stakeholder engagement across the program, including senior members of the Clients Team.
• Support the Programme Management lead in continually improving our service delivery tool kit and establishing best practices in the Programme community. Ensure QA/QC procedures being followed for all releases.
Profile
Skillsets:
• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or equivalent experience.
• Master’s in project management/construction management or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of project design phase, planning, coordination, and management.
• Design management professional with 3 to 5 years of experience in the design industry.
• Work well under pressure and can work independently with minimal supervision.
• Software skills in AutoCAD, Sketchup, Revit, Navisworks, MS Office and BIM 360.
• Knowledge of Power BI and VBA is an added advantage.
• Basic knowledge of Building Services and Structures is preferable
• Strong understanding and demonstrated aptitude of basic project management principles
• Development and delivery of Reports
• Day to day coordination between clients, and internal team.
• Knowledge of MS Project, Sketchup, AutoCAD, Revit, MS Excel
• Knowledge of Power Bi, Navisworks, and Primavera P6 is an added advantage
