Job description

The job of a HR Specialist will require someone able to:

▬    Be involved in the end-to-end administration process for all stages of employment

▬    Support the recruitment and onboarding process

▬    Conduct audits, develop procedures and maintain record keeping to ensure completeness of all employee files and compliance with local legislation

▬    Liaison with authorities and partners and providers

▬    Prepare various reports related to HR matters

▬    Contribute to the alignment of local procedures with group procedures

▬    Assist with sub-functions in the HR department (administrative, facilities, IT, Quality management)

▬    Stay abreast of relevant internal policies, local labour laws and industry practices

▬    Provide support to compensation and benefit activities (eg performance reviews, healthcare, etc)

Profile

We recognize that each applicant will bring different experience, but the ideal candidate will have:

▬    Preferably minimum 5 years of proven experience in an HR role

▬    Knowledge of HR policies and procedures

▬    Experience in audit/quality management is a bonus

▬    Good spoken and written English

▬    Strong computer skills (proficiency in Microsoft applications – Excel advanced).

▬    University degree

▬    Good organisational skills and experience of working as part of a team

▬    Flexibility and adaptability
