Job description


▬    Responsible for checking and inspecting the works and monitoring the works in order to ensure safety and quality in construction;

▬    Reception at completed or in-progress works at work points;

▬    Participation in determining phases;

▬    Verification and approval of the relevant documentation in the Railway works sector;

▬    Preparation of all the necessary documents for the development of the terms of reference;

▬    Correspondence and participation in work sessions with the Beneficiary, the Contractor, the Designer and the authorized authorities;

▬    Carrying out Site inspections and daily records of Sanitation activity;

▬    Monitoring compliance with the technical execution procedures for cold weather works, according to the regulations in force and all related regulations;

▬    Preparation of the necessary documents for the development of the terms of reference;

▬    Checking the existence of analysis reports for each type of material;

▬    Checking and drawing up minutes for each event requested in the program, including for hidden works;

▬    Any other obligations and responsibilities according to the legislation in force and the contractual conditions of works.

Profile

▬    Preparation: higher education in construction

▬    Seniority: 5 years of experience
