As a Senior Water and Wastewater Engineer you are a leader with the opportunity to grow and mentor a high-performing team of talented and skilled water resource engineering professionals. You will use your management skills to plan and organize the team’s efforts and take responsibility for cost control, staffing, and quality. Your demonstrated professionalism will come into play as you cultivate and nurture client relationships and build the EGIS USA brand by participating in state and regional associations. Use your strength as a communicator to assist with proposals and direct marketing efforts
- BS in Civil Engineering with 10-15 years of related experience
- Drinking Water and Wastewater Treatment Plant modeling and design expertise
- Registered Professional Engineer in Indiana or the ability to obtain PE within 6 months
- Funding and Review Agency expertise
- Knowledge and experience with plant operations
- Strong oral and written communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Established relationships with clients
- Active in relevant professional organizations/societies
