Job description
Overview
The Senior Attraction Manager is responsible for managing the attractions design, development and execution processes associated with General design Interfaces and scope. He/she will assist in facilitation of cross-divisional collaboration; coordinate and incorporate all activities necessary to complete the design reviews, field assistance for installation, test and other such tasks as required. He/she will be a strong leader who will oversee every phase of the development process from concept to launch, and direct and empower the team to achieve on-time and successful delivery of our projects.

Role & Responsibilities
- Responsible for the management of all attractions of a project(s). This includes work statements, work breakdown structures, developing and tracking budget and schedule, tracking individual project tasks, providing risk analysis, tracking and resolving issues and action items, providing various project management visibility and control measures, reporting as needed.
- Communicating closely with project team and stakeholders, responsible of attractions fit out tendering documents.
Collaborating with partners to gather requirements and quality assurance as needed. - Delegating and scheduling various work to be done by vendors to satisfy specific project requirements.
- Setting and communicating expectations, monitoring and following up on all work to ensure proper completion and satisfaction, tracking punch list items to closure.
- Communicating to client and project leadership with updates on schedule and progress of each to specific attraction.
- Ensuring appropriate documentation of project goals, financial/business related needs and project milestone timelines.
- Coordinating design, cost estimates, and installation plans.
- Overseeing integration of attractions to ensure operational expectations and service standards are met.
- Understanding and actively participating in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established client and Egis procedures.
