  • To improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the Performance and Risk capture process across the AMO and Engineering group, championing local process enhancements and ensuring the adoption of enterprise-level risk requirements and improvements.
  • To act as a focal point for recruitment and HR issues within the AMO & engineering group, facilitating effective liaison and coordination between the responsible AMO line managers and HR. Monitoring AMO & Engineering Group compliance with HR policies on behalf of the Head of AMO.
  • To act as a focal point for financial compliance and reporting within the AMO & engineering group, facilitating effective liaison and coordination between the responsible AMO line managers and Finance. • The ability to generate and present statistical data in tabular and graphical forms.
  • Familiarity with business-unit financial control and practices
