Job description

  • Assist Head of HR to prepare required documents to renewal legal documents of the expatriates.
  • Monitor attendance record and leave of the employees
  • Monitor and renewal Businens License of the company
  • Monitor and renewal Certificate of Expetise of the engineer
  • Update activity report of the company to be submitted to BKPM
  • Monitoring office needs and vehicle operational
  • Assist BD department to fulfill required CVs


  • Minimum from Diploma degree in related field.
  • Have work experience in the related field would be preferable.
  • Ability to work in a team and collaborate with internal departments and external customers.
  • Strong interpersonal, supervisory, negotiation, and customer service skills are required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, …)
  • Good communication in English
