Job description

Has sufficient Experiences To Conduct regular inspections on (Civil, Architectural & "Soft & Hard"
Landscaping works) and ensure compliance with approved shop drawings, method statement, project
specifications etc. such as Concreting, Waterproofing, Block works, Plaster, Painting, False Ceiling, Flooring
and walling (Tiles of Percaline, Marbles, natural stones), Aluminum glazing, Paving interlock, Curbstone,
swimming pools, and planting trees & Shrubs and grass inspections

Profile

• Observe, check, and record work execution is in accordance with approved methods.
• Ensure all related works and installations are executed according to project requirements.
• Raise non-conformance report’s (NCR’s) / site observations report’s (SOR’s) Identify quality
deficiencies in conjunction with the RE.
• Review the corrective actions proposed by the contractor, respond / follow ups and close out
procedure. Assist in the review of shop drawings.
• Record inspections, tests, work executed etc.
• Performs Civil tests, such as soil compaction, Water Proofing, Plaster, fresh and hard concrete
tests, draw samples, witness of Lab Tests.
• Closely monitor site activities to ensure quality of work in compliance with contract requirements,
good construction practice and compliance with approved shop drawings, method statement,
quality control procedure & ITR’s as per ITP’s.
• Interface and coordinate with Engineers, Contractor and sub-contractors for all related quality
inspection activities.
• Monitor conformance to quality, performance, specifications, and/or code requirements by
performing inspection duties.
• Conduct inspection of all incoming materials, bought out items and review of material test
certificates and ensure compliance to specification requirements.
• Ensure the implementation of Quality Management Systems on project site.
• Observe site safety procedures
