Job description
Require a project lead to anchor urban projects such as newly won KBNIR and Agra nodes involving surveys, technical studies, master planning and engineering.
Key responsibilities will include project management, client management, leading project presentations to client and stakeholders, provide urban inputs and review technical delivery from other domains, coordination with other domains for specific inputs such as transport, environment, engineering etc.
Required to travel within India at short notice based on project needs.
Profile
Bachelors in Architecture/ Civil Engineering and Masters in Urban Planning/ Urban Design.
Minimum 10 years of work experience. Should have worked on past projects similar in nature to integrated industrial or residential townships including master planning, engineering and environmental clearance.
Should have worked on statutory master plans/ development plans for cities or towns.
Strong presentation, writing and speaking skills.
