The MENS’ BU (Project structuring, Operation and New Services) is one of the world leaders in the financial project structuring of PPP projects, as well as in the operation of infrastructures and services. In the road sector, Egis operates and maintains 44 roads and highways, including civil structures such as bridges, viaducts and tunnels. Through 28 operating companies, Egis employs more than 9,300 people in more than 20 countries, i.e. nearly 4,400 km.


In the airport sector, our BU operates, maintains and develops a network of 17 airports around the world, handling more than 30 million passengers and 330,000 tons of freight per year.


The MENS’ BU also offers a wide range of services for its customers such as electronic toll collection, interoperability and on-street parking management.


This role will be working for Connect Plus Services, a Joint Venture created to manage the Operations and Maintenance of the M25, one of our flagship projects and one of the business motorways in Europe!

About the role: 

CPS is currently recruiting and internal communications coordinator to support

CPS is currently recruiting a training administrator to support with all technical training requirements.

The team play a pivotal role in the business as they provide a comprehensive, cost-effective training service to managers and staff to ensure that all employees have the necessary skills and certificates to carry out their roles


What you’ll be doing

  • To work as part of the Technical Training team providing effective and timely administration in support of the training activities

  • Ensure that timely Joining Instructions are issued and confirm course attendance

  • Liaise with internal and external Training Providers

  • Book training venues when required

  • Update, develop and maintain accurate and comprehensive training records

  • Develop as a primary user for administering/managing the Training Database Records

  • Extract, consolidate and manipulate Technical Training data for regular reports and on request

  • Be able to respond to other Training Department requirements

  • Monitor qualification expiry dates to ensure that renewals take place in good time

  • Continue to develop and improve current systems to ensure on-going compliance on qualifications, to meet industry standards/regulations


Skills required

  • Prior experience within an administration role.
  • Intermediate working knowledge of MS Word and Excel
  • Strong attention to detail

  • Ability to communicate at all levels

  • Ability to manage a large worklo
