As Railway Technical Manager you will join an outstanding team in Israel to partner our rail transport clients to deliver modern rail infrastructure. Your expertise in urban rail will be invaluable to support Israel’s transport infrastructure development.

You will work closely with the Project Director and report to him/her. Your main objective is to oversee and lead the engineering functions to ensure the projects are delivered within the scope and quality agreed with the client.

Your tasks will include but not be limited to:

· Lead engineering and construction teams delivering urban rail project(s).

· Resolve technical challenges on the projects using a collaborative approach.

· Be an active member of the senior management team, participating in meetings in order to steer the projects in the right direction.

· Attend coordination meetings with project stakeholders and communicate issues & concerns relating to coordination, approvals and interfaces.

· Contribute in working groups on innovation in our businesses or on the company's technical reference system.


To be considered for this position as Railway Technical Manager we have the following requirements:

· Engineering graduate with professional experience as an engineer of at least 15 years.

· Experience in senior roles as Technical Manager, Deputy Project Director or Project Manager on LRT / tramway / Metro projects.

· Have a global vision of railway projects with all its components. Multi-disciplinary and interface management experience.

·Exceptional leadership capabilities, with the vision and ability to establish cross-functional relationships.

· Ability to lead, influence, coach, mentor and motivate at all levels to achieve results

·Exceptional interpersonal skills, possessing the ability to interact and maintain credibility with people at all levels across the business, as well as with senior level external stakeholders
