Job description
As a Technical Manager for transportation projects within the Intercity Service Line, you will coordinate the engineering design and production of technical studies, while meeting cost, quality and deadline objectives.
Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- You will actively manage the technical design of the project and coordination between interdisciplinary teams.
- You will manage the various internal and external technical stakeholders (partners, particularly designers, subcontractors, etc.).
- You will be involved in project management of preliminary and detailed design.
- You will manage the contractual aspects, including addenda, and be coordinating the financial follow-up of the project.
- In support of the Commercial Director, you will be responsible for preparing responses to invitations to tender.
- You may participate in working groups on innovation in our businesses or on the company's technical reference system.
Profile
You must have:
- With an Engineering degree, you have at least 15 years of experience in management of international projects in the field of Railway particularly in preliminary and detailed design phases, with at least one project experience in High-Speed Railway.
- Knowledge of various phases and functional responsibility of rail project and transportation infrastructure project development and delivery, contracting laws and regulations; design of major and complex transportation infrastructure.
- Autonomous, rigorous and organised, you will ensure the contractual follow-up of your projects whilst meeting the budgetary and planning objectives.
- Fluency in English and Polish.
