A major international group in the construction engineering and mobility services sectors, Egis creates and operates intelligent infrastructure and buildings capable of responding to the climate emergency and addressing the major challenges of our time by helping to achieve more balanced, sustainable, and resilient territorial development.

In this role you will be working within the EGIS Analytics and Asset Management to provide Teacher lead delivery of a new software application to Network rail staff across the UK rail network.

Job description

  • Working within the Railway Industry to bring about digital change
  • Delivering a teacher led course to frontline and back-office staff across Network Rail
  • Ensure understanding of the course materials via a “Follow me” style teaching programme
  • Following and championing a safety led culture
  • Basic administrative task to track attendance, questions and follow-up requirements of attendees

Profile

Essential:

  • Railway experience (such as: Network Rail, London Underground, HS1, Transport for London etc.) is highly preferable
  • Ability to communicate effectively to a wide range of audiences is critical
  • Proven stakeholder management skills, including the ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience in developing and or delivering teacher led courses, training, coaching, briefing sessions
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.

You must have the right to work in the UK.
