Egis Egypt is looking to hire a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join the Regional Talent Acquisition Team and support on recruitment with emphasis in the rail industry. The role will be based out of Cairo and will cover talent acquisition across the Middle East region. The roles offers exposure across multiple business disciplines within the Middle East and will report into Talent Acquisition.

Job description

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment demands with priority to Rail projects: manage recruitment requests, advertise for the vacancy, source candidates through all possible channels, screen candidates and schedule interviews, sending offers and coordinating.
  • Proactively lead regular recruitment calls, resource planning and dashboard reporting.
  • Build a strong talent pipeline/database of potentially suitable resources through Egis’ Applicant Tracking System
  • Promote our employer brand
  • Work closely with the regional HR teams to assess internal talent availability
  • Be the main point of contact with candidates from initial screening phase up to and including job offer negotiations
  • Build strong relationships with universities for potential career fairs
  • Support with Talent Acquisition initiatives on a regional level including Internship programs
  • Work on talent attraction programs and initiatives
  • Ensure recruitment process is constantly being followed with all stakeholders and provide input on how to improve on current process and practices.
