Job description
•Creating 3D models of Coastal, Marine and Port Projects (waterfront features, beach, breakwaters, revetments, marinas and pontoon systems, pile and quay walls, marine infrastructures) for different design stages and presenting these models in detailed 2D visualizations
• Setting up 2D drawings based on 3D Models.
• Visualizing clashes and providing insight into construction and usage issues
• Revising drawings and layouts to accommodate changes and enhancements
• Computing material quantities as par BOQ preparation
•Contribute to standardization, optimization and automation of the work processes
Profile
• Technical education preferably related to civil engineering
• +10 years experience as a technical draughtsman in the field of Marine & Ports
• Excellent skills in Autocad 2D and 3D, Revit and BIM as well as Microsoft Office package
• Experience reviewing and applying basic engineering and design principles to verify accuracy and completeness of finished drawings with attention to detail and quality required
•Good knowledge of the English language in word and writing
• Good communication and social skills
