Job description

Right now we are looking for recruits who love analysing and managing data to drive insights to solve real world problems. We provide operational, technical, management and business advice to help implement a step change in aviation with a focus on digitisation, sustainability, scalability, resilience and future urban air mobility. We use data to identify trends, gain new insights, and highlight performance improvements. It is fundamental to the advice we provide to our customers. Our analysis takes many different forms and types of data, from actual operational, market and financial data, statistical analysis, through to building simulations to model real world performance. You should have demonstrable analytical skills, an enthusiasm for learning new skills, and an ability to work in different teams.

The organisation can be very fast-paced. If you are attracted to large, process-driven organisations then we’re probably not for you (unless of course you are ready to escape from one!) However, if being creative, flexible, dynamic and proactive is more your style, then we want to hear from you!

We have a flat collegiate structure and work in small project teams where our philosophy is to encourage you to manage your own career and time. You’ll have far more autonomy than our competitors offer and in return we ask that you deliver amazing work and ensure that our clients keep coming back to us (currently 80% of our work is repeat business!)

In return we offer competitive salaries and a range of benefits including discretionary bonus, pension, private healthcare, life insurance, in house training, a great work/life balance and opportunities to travel.

Benefits/Salary Details:

  • Competitive salary
  • Pension contribution of 5% of your salary
  • Life insurance
  • Private healthcare for you and your family
  • Health cash plan
  • 26 days holiday plus
  • UK bank holidays
  • Tailored career path with structured training
  • Mentoring from senior staff
  • Buddy system to ease your transition from university
  • Hybrid working between office and home working

Please be aware that there is also the opportunity for this role to be based at our Zilina, Slovakia office.

Candidates must be expecting or have achieved a 2:1 or above in a numerate subject.

Most importantly you must thrive on problem solving and the application of your excellent critical thinking skills. Your written and verbal presentation skills must be of a high standard and you must enjoy the prospect of client engagement whether in workshops, training sessions, one-to-one meetings or simply networking over coffee.

We crunch a lot of data, write a lot of reports, share our learning and knowledge with each other in small project teams, and get to know our clients well.

Application Instructions:

Please apply for this role on our careers portal using the link above. As part of your application, please include a cover letter setting out your interest in working within the aviation industry as a management consultant and why you are suitable for the role.
