The MENS’ BU (Project structuring, Operation and New Services) is one of the world leaders in the financial project structuring of PPP projects, as well as in the operation of infrastructures and services. In the road sector, Egis operates and maintains 44 roads and highways, including civil structures such as bridges, viaducts and tunnels. Through 28 operating companies, Egis employs more than 9,300 people in more than 20 countries, i.e. nearly 4,400 km.

In the airport sector, our BU operates, maintains and develops a network of 17 airports around the world, handling more than 30 million passengers and 330,000 tons of freight per year.

The MENS’ BU also offers a wide range of services for its customers such as electronic toll collection, interoperability and on-street parking management.

This role will be working for Connect Plus Services, a Joint Venture created to manage the Operations and Maintenance of the M25, one of our flagship projects and one of the business motorways in Europe!

This role can be based out of our Dartford, South Mimms or Leatherhead offices.

Job description

The Service Coordinator shall work within the Connect Plus Services Technology Services Team maintaining & improving M25 Technology assets.

They shall be responsible for the co-ordination of the reporting of all maintenance and defect activities performed by the Technology Services Team, to ensure the requirements of our Technology Services Contract are met.

They shall also develop processes and procedures in a constant drive to improve Team efficiency and performance.

This position can be based out of our Dartford, Leatherhead or South Mimms offices.



  • Provide a customer focused/service/commercial approach to work.
  • Ensure systems are maintained in accordance with Cyclic Maintenance regimes through efficient and effective working.
  • Ensure NH Service Now data is captured and entered correctly and all data accurate.
  • Ensure all faults are attended within the required timescales and the appropriate/nearest resource is deployed having regard for fault profile and location.
  • Ensure faults that are identified during routine preventative maintenance are entered into Service Now.
  • Produces performance figures and reports to demonstrate compliance with contract requirements and inform any claims for additional charges.
  • Produce Trend reports on Resource utilisation, Fault frequency by Asset and others as developed / identified
  • Monitors the Technology Services Maintenance Requirements Plan, monitoring the annual maintenance plan for compliance against all System Types.
  • Ensures close liaison with CPS resources and departments to ensure optimum use of planned traffic management / closures
  • Attendance at NH Service Now forums as the CPS representative.
  • Management of the outstanding defect register
  • Develop innovative solutions and improvements to assist in margin improvement and cost recovery


Skills and experience

  • Prior experience in a Field Based Engineering operations position, managing a large workload.
  • IT literate, conversant with database applications, word and excel.
  • Must demonstrate behaviours that support an injury-free health and safety culture.

  • Must be a good communicator both verbal and written and confident when liaising with the team, third parties and stakeholders.
  • A requirement to assist with other Management / Supervisory roles in the event of staff holiday and sickness.

  • Demonstrate good time management qualities.
  • Desirable – motivated to progress within the team and the CPS structure.
  • Desirable – Be able to provide innovative solutions to problems leading to ‘best practice’ across the business
