As a Senior Engineer, you are a leader with the opportunity to grow and mentor a high-performing team of talented and skilled engineering professionals. You will use your management skills to plan and organize the team’s efforts and take responsibility for cost control, staffing, and quality. - BS in Civil Engineering with 10-15 years of related experience
- Drinking Water and Wastewater Treatment Plant modeling and design expertise
- Registered Professional Engineer in Michigan or the ability to obtain PE within 6 months
- Funding and Review Agency expertise
- Knowledge and experience with plant operations
- Strong oral and written communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Established relationships with clients, such as GLWA, DWSD, local
- Municipalities and private sector entities
- Active in relevant professional organizations/societies
