Job description

  • Actively contributing to business development, customer acquisition of your region : reaching Budget assigned and keeping the level of commission on a stable level
  • Analyzing the needs and arrange external business meeting (telephone, e-mail and personal contact..)
  • Autonomously dealing with Key Accounts and key Prospects
  • conducting of the trade negotiations commercial care and constant contact with acquired clients
  • Implementating of sales plans in a specific area
  • Creating report on completed activities
  • Increasing business opportunities for Easytrip through various routes to market
  • keeping updated with market trends, products and competitors
  • creating a positive image of the company also as part of trade fairs / conferences
  • Developing and proposing improvements in technical processes, while ensuring the process is aligned & compliant with the group strategy/governance
  • The position’s holder is responsible towards compliance with the three Codes of Ethics, Integrity and Human Resources Management Code, internal rules, all local regulations and Health & Safety rules that apply in for the BU activities


  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills : extensive knowledge and network in regional transport, mobility and logistic industries
  • Experience in the B2B market, business developing A minimum of 2 to 5 years' proven experience in a B2B sales would be appreciated Good business sense and results oriented
  • Good communication and good relationship (both with colleagues of other depts., local offices, and customers)
  • Good planning and organizational skills, ability to meet deadlines
  • Work precisely and quickly under pressure
  • Be able to determine priorities
  • Be able to analyse sales progress
  • Work pragmatically and solution-oriented
  • Results oriented
  • Good English speaking and writing
  • Good computer skills in MS office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power point)
  • Familiarity with CRM and social networks(LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter)
  • Proactivity, adaptability, ability and teamwork
