Job description

Reporting directly to the Area Sales Manager of Central Eastern Europe, your main responsibilities will consist of:


- You manage and coach the team of sales representative

-  you focus on achieving and exceeding the allocated budget of Sales through the proposal and realization of actions to deploy the company's strategy

- You increase the sales through the consolidation of the customer base and the acquisition of new customers both in traditional markets and in areas of the new expansion, and constantly monitoring trends and developing initiatives

- You ensure cooperation with Customer Care to deliver world-class customer service to our customers and partners

- You achieve the sales and profitability budget within a specific geographical area

- You drive area account business strategies and new product introductions;

- You identify sales targets through a sales plan, major customers, market segments, and product lines

- You respect deadlines, budgets and profitability (commissions) set by the company

- You produce periodic reporting on sales forecasts with reference to Top Customers, Markets, and Product Lines

-  You follow the company's internal procedures related to credit risk approval, debt control, customer lead documentation on our CRM tools

- You monitor sales performance in relation to forecasts


-  You build customer base both by maintaining constant relationships with key customers, distributors network, cross-selling and looking for new business opportunities

-  You define the most appropriate selling type in relation to diversification (direct sales, the appointment of agents, channel partners)

- You develop appropriate strategies to maximize profitability in sales and defines the company's product positioning on the market versus competitors in terms of performance, quality, and service

-  You carry out accurate and targeted market analysis (competition surveys, environmental, cultural and political changes) that can provide valuable elements to support the achievement of business goals

-   You proactively propose products/marketing improvement or the way to sale to the ETS Management Committee



- You make proposals and build an improvement plan

- You identify, suggest and implement new methods and processes to improve the overall efficiency

 You develop and propose improvements in technical processes, while ensuring the process is aligned & compliant with the group strategy/governance.

The position’s holder is responsible towards compliance with the three Codes of Ethics, Integrity and Human Resources Management Code, internal rules, all local regulations and Health & Safety rules that apply in for the BU MENS activities


We are looking for a Sales Manager with 5-10 years’ relevant working experiences in active selling, team management in a fast-paced and multicultural working environment.

An experience in B2B services , in the transport and logistics companies will be an asset to be succesful on the job

▬You are recognized for your negotiation skills and your ability to close deals with efficiency

▬ You have a strong knowledge of the market-logistics, supply chain and transport industry market

▬  You master with dexterity microsoft office (powerpoint, excel, word, outlook), as well as CRM softwares suites

▬  You have an outstanding written and verbal communication skills, presentation skills as well as a good leadership, management and interpersonal skills to drive to success your team

▬ You are able to coach and mentor people

▬  You are a problem-solving oriented person with an excellent sense of customer relationship, maximizing customer satisfaction while protecting the interests of the company

▬  A good level in English language (verbal and written) will be an asset

The position's holder will be located in Warszawa and will be responsible for the business development of Poland North.
