Job description

You will report to the Area Sales Manager of Central Eastern Europe, and you will focus on:

  • Manage and coach the team
  • Ensure cooperation with Customer Care to deliver world-class customer service to our customers and partners
  • Increase the sales in existing markets and through expansion into new markets
  • Achieve the sales and profitability budget within your geographical area
  • Drive area business strategies and new product introductions
  • Develop strategies to maximize sales
  • Carry out accurate and targeted market analysis
  • Identify, suggest and implement new methods and processes to improve the overall efficiency


What do we expect from you?

  • Relevant experience (5+ years) in the B2B market, in transport, mobility or logistic industries
  • Excellent leadership, management and interpersonal skills
  • Solution oriented
  • Excellent networking, sales and negotiation skills
  • Strong in communication and building relationships, internally and externally
  • Excellent computer skills, MS Office, CRM systems and social networks
  • Knowledge of transport services, like tolls, fuel cards, telematics, ferry bookings and VAT refunds are a plus
  • The position's holder will be based in Warsaw office.
