The MENS’ BU (Project structuring, Operation and New Services) is one of the world leaders in the financial project structuring of PPP projects, as well as in the operation of infrastructures and services. In the road sector, Egis operates and maintains 44 roads and highways, including civil structures such as bridges, viaducts and tunnels. Through 28 operating companies, Egis employs more than 9,300 people in more than 20 countries, i.e. nearly 4,400 km.
In the airport sector, our BU operates, maintains and develops a network of 17 airports around the world, handling more than 30 million passengers and 330,000 tons of freight per year.

Egis and our joint venture partners have formed Connect Plus Services (CPS), which is the company responsible for managing one of the busiest motorways in Europe through Highways England's largest Design build Finance operate (DBFO) contract. About the role:
CPS is currently recruiting and internal communications coordinator to support our team. You will be required to facilitate the delivery of timely, aligned, and effective communications internally on our project whist identifying and exploiting opportunities to enhance reputation of the business, its partners and clients. This role supports the wider opportunity to maximise employee engagement and support business growth
What you’ll be doing
Work closely with the Inspections Lead, Asset team counterparts and
Inspectors to understand the annual programme of Structures and Linear Inspections.
Liaise with Inspectors to seek opportunities to group works together geographically to enable sharing of road space and traffic management costs
Submit road space bookings using the CPS NOMS system for bookings where sharing of road space is not possible
Assess inspection requirements and the booking of specialist plant to undertake inspections
Participate in road space co-ordination meetings, ensuring that bookings are made in sufficient time and that outstanding information is provided in a timely manner
Liaise with TfL and local authorities as necessary to obtain permissions for road closures and diversions
Ensure that all works have the required Traffic Management resource allocated
