Job description

Job Description:

HRIS

  • Managing internal HR system transformation at Asia regional level and act as a key user
  • Provide  insight to drive HR transformation with HRIS systems.
  • Leading the continuous evaluation and evolution of HR Systems
  • Coordinating with Information Technology and the user community to identify areas of improvement, recommend changes, and implement functional solutions for existing system.

Regional HR coordination

  • Work closely with HR Director to craft organization-wide strategies, policies, and objectives.
  • Assist to review existing procedures of the HR function, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, compensation and benefits, payroll, training and development, and HR operations in different location.
  • Assist in roll out of corporate HR policies across the region.
  • Participate in compensation and benefit mapping exercise.
  • Coordinate initiatives in Marketing & Communications, CSR, employee engagements, training and development and health and safety

 

Requirements: 

  • Masters or Bachelor in Business Administration or equivalent
  • 5+ years of relevent experience in HR
  • Previous Oracle HR system experience especially in integration, transformation, UAT Testing, System Enhancement
  • Experienced with all report types (Advanced, Composite, Matrix, Search, Transposed, Trending) and functionalities offered.
  • Adept at Microsoft Office tools e.g. preparing PowerPoint presentation slides
  • Self-starter with structured thinking and excellent organization skills
  • Highly collaborative, interacting cross-functionally with several departments across the Asia region
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
