Job description

• Lead and manage QA/QC inspectors team.
• Manage and oversee project quality to ensure compliance with codes, standards, regulations, equipment-specific specifications, and quality management system (QMS) requirements.
• Develop a Quality Management system, plans, and procedures. Assesses the implementation of the Quality Plan and Quality Control Plans on the site. Witness testing as required by the contract and the job specifications and submit reports on the testing that was witnessed.
• Prepare non-conformance reports and assist in developing corrective actions.
• Coordinate and perform quality audits for the implementation of work processes and contract procedures.
• Document quality audits and other quality assurance activities.
• Evaluate audit findings and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
• Interpret and implement quality assurance standards.
• Prepare, monitor, and report project quality-related key performance indicators KPIs.
• Generate, maintain and execute external and internal Audit Schedules and Audit Programs for each contract under their responsibility.
• Coordinate with the customers on all quality matters and carried all inspection requests, and material inspections as per the approved quality plan.
• Active Participation and taking the Lead in the Quality Audits to verify that all the quality processes and related activities are following the applicable PQP, Codes, and requirements.
• Preparation of QMS Audit reports and root cause analysis for any related queries.
• Preparing FAT, SAT, test procedures, plans, and reports.
• Coordinate and assists the site quality team in the review of Contractor’s/ Supplier’s quality documentation.
• Review of contractor documents, Quality Manuals and plans, Inspection test plans, Material submittals, Method statements, and Audit reports.
• Review of all third-party assessment reports, supportive quality plans of sub-contractors, and assessments of suppliers.



Minimum ten (10) years of relevant experience and qualification

Must possess excellent working knowledge of industry practices/safety/quality management systems.

Expected to establish the Project Quality Plan and procedures, audit schedule to monitor internal QMS, determine cause of non-compliance, identify corrective action, organize management reviews and manage the lessons learned programmme.

Computer literacy and excellent communication skills are essential.
