The Ile-de-France "Urban development" branch office is at the heart of the design and execution of major infrastructure and urban development projects in the Greater Paris area. It also manages and contributes to international projects such as urban greening and 'nature in the city' strategies on a metropolitan scale (Nokoué in Benin, Green Riyadh in KSA), tourism developments at the AlUla site in Saudi Arabia, and urban projects in Senegal and Pakistan.

Under the responsibility of the International Activity Manager, as a Project Manager, you will participate in the engineering design and production of technical studies, while meeting cost, quality and deadline objectives. You will be supported by the Technical Department and other Project Managers.

Responsibilities

- You will be the privileged contact of the client and, as such, you will advise and support them throughout project execution.

- You will actively participate in the technical design of the project.

- You will coordinate the various internal and external technical stakeholders (partners, particularly designers, subcontractors, etc.).

- You will be involved in project management and preliminary studies / pre-operational studies.

- You will manage the contractual aspects, including addenda, and be responsible for the financial follow-up of the project.

- In support of the Activity Manager, you will be responsible for preparing responses to invitations to tender.

- You may participate in working groups on innovation in our businesses or on the company's technical reference system.

Profile

Required qualifications and skills

•With an Engineering degree, you have at least 10 years of experience in management of international projects in the fields of urban development, utilities, pavement design and urban hydraulics, with capability to autonomously design the branch office's design and engineering service offering and coordinate the production of the associated technical design studies.

•Autonomous, rigorous and organised, you will ensure the contractual follow-up of your projects whilst meeting the budgetary and planning objectives.

•A good listener and persuasive manager, you appreciate teamwork and create an environment that encourages the support and success of your team members and external service providers (designers, landscape architects, urban planners, etc.), in accordance with the human and professional values of the Egis group.

•Thanks to your excellent interpersonal skills, you will be able to create a long-term relationship of trust with our clients.
