For successful implementation of projects we want to strengthen our team and welcome applications for a position of a Project Manager in Central Asia, based location in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan.

Responsibilities:

• Project management: control of quality, terms, budgets, and risks;
• Communication with the client (coordinating plans, deadlines, requirements, budgets, changes, and contracts amendments)
• Project team management
• Maintenance of project documentation
• Financial reporting
• Preparation of project implementation plan, client satisfaction monitoring, project budget, project progress reports, etc

Requirements:

• Work experience of 3 years or more in the implementation of projects with a large number of stakeholders
• Experience in business correspondence, experience in participation in negotiations, skills in project cost budgeting, preparation of internal project documentation (project implementation plan, project schedule, etc.)
• Knowledge and understanding of the project implementation theory, various project stages, risks, and project stakeholders;
• Language skills: Ukrainian/Russian - fluent, English - upper-intermediate
• Confident user of the Microsoft Office package 
• Experience in construction projects will be considered an advantage
