Key Responsibilities

• Internal coordination with project delivery teams
• Setting up the inter department agreements for projects
• Setting up and managing sub consultant agreements
• Organising and minuting meetings both internal and with Clients
• Analizing resources available versus needed
• Set up programme for project and regular updates
• Preparing monthly reports of progress updates
• Preparing presentations for progress meetings in coordination with  delivery teams
• Setting up financial structure of project with supervision of project director
• Following up on financial project performance with supervision of project director

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years (preferred) of aviation design experience including Project Management responsibility
• Experience with CAA design standards, procedures, and policies.
• Experience with planning, design
• Project management – Provide PM oversight on airport design projects. Preferred PMP certified.
• Client management – Meet with clients, regulators, and agencies to develop strong professional relationships.
• Excellent communication and client relation skills. - Strong organization and leadership skills
• Ability to perform coordination between different elements of buildings design and special airports systems
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment - Ability to deal with confidential company matters
• Proficient computer skills in MS Office Suite (Microsoft Word, Excel, Project, and PowerPoint).
• Autocad and BIM user
