Job description

 Jerusalem LRT is a PPP contract of 4Billion €. Its covers :

o    Construction of 30+ km of track

o    Construction of 1 depot of 120 tramway

o    1 underground section of 3 km and 3 stations

o    Interfaces with the current concession running 30 km of existing track

o  Operation & Maintenance period.


Under the responsability of the Project Director, you will be in charge of :

·         Responsible for the overall time scheduling of the LRT program (design and construction) TILOS

·         Establishing and updating the Long Term Time Schedule for the Design, the Construction  and the Operation of the transportation network of the City,

·         "Establishing / assisting the Management documentation for the project :

·         WBS (documentation management) in coordination with the Documentation Controller, DMS

·         management (contractual aspects)

·         Working Procedure with the Scheduling Management and Coordination Manager

·         Quality Processes (Change Request Management, nonconformity management,...)"

·         Ensuring that processes described in the Management documentation is respected by all stakeholders

·         Responsible for the monthly report for the client

·         Assessing the risks and following the mitigation plans

·         Responsible of quality assurance, procedures all along project's life circle

·         Cultivating internal relationships with project members to ensure smooth a general view on all the projects

·         Ensuring the role of DMS referent

·         Coordinating with the Client for DMS updates during the J-NET Tender

·         Monitoring Egis' documents sent in the J-NET Tender though the DMS

·  Capitalisation and creation of a procedure for the Monitoring activities (Blue Line)


Communication: Oral and Written in English

Capacity to analyze and guide for best technical and contractual option

Knowledge of International standards and contract oriented

Similar Experience in railway / metro is a plus

Computer  Proficiency (word - excel - visio - power point - TILOS)
