Pour renforcer les équipes dédiées à la structuration et au financement de nos projets, Egis recherche un(e) Directeur(trice) de Projet expérimenté(e).

Job description

In a team dedicated to project structuring (financial and contractual), the Project’s leader is accountable for the success of the project related to the structuration of infrastructure projects (mainly highways and airport), by managing a team of multidisciplinary experts (technical, financial, legal) in relation with the in-depth analysis of risks and investment’s opportunities, the legal structuration and the negotiation process.

The projects are mostly tender-based projects (PPP, Concessions) but also include investment aspects as well as refinancing. Those structuration projects are related to the business sectors addressed by Egis via its Business Unit dedicated to Projects’ structuring, infrastructures' operation & maintenance & digital mobility activities.

Your main responsibility is to drive the preparation of tenders and leading the negotiation of contracts, comprising amongst others:

  • Structure and support the offer production process as per Egis standards
  • Manage the Egis project team members
  • Deliver the risks assessment and the financial models on which the strategic decision for investment and negotiation are taken
  • Contribute / supervise the tender documents, any proposals, the tender’s budget and planning
  • Prepare the contractual structure, lead the stakeholders in the drafting
  • Be responsible for all procedure’s documentation aiming at granting internal approvals and sponsor the project through the relevant committees
  • Lead exchanges with partners, advisors and final customers

Representing the Business Unit, you embody Egis values and strategy in the various meetings organized at consortium level (project management meetings, technical, legal and financial working groups and executive committee meetings) and with Grantors.

Profile

Background:

  • Master / MBA in Finance, with Engineering background; or Master degree in Law with strong financial capabilities as well as management experience
  • With approx. 10 years of experience, the perfect candidate has demonstrated a decisive ability in winning tenders with the appropriate leadership over people & partners using a recognized methodology in bid’s management
  • Established proficiency in finance structuration and project’s management
  • Understanding of Project Finance, risk allocation, structures, etc.
  • Ability to analyse financial models and draft contracts
  • Fluently in English - Similar level in a third language (e.g Spanish, Portuguese, Arabic, Mandarin) would be a strong asset

 

Client related competences:

  • Drafting contract Term sheets, Negotiate contracts
  • Demonstrated experience in client’s relation, ability in leading negotiation with partners, public entities and advisors, convince management and relevant committees, in French and in English
  • Ability to convey a positive and professional image of the company through his/her behavior and message in all situations, internally or externally

 

Cooperation competences:

  • Work within a team (internally to Egis and within a consortium with partners)
  • Ensure internal reporting (circulation of information and feed-back on clients)
  • Relate to partners and ensure that common objectives are agreed and commitment is achieved

 

Management competences:

  • Manage a project in the development stage (budgets, timing, resources, etc.)
  • Act as a leader : orientate and motivate a Project Team around common objectives
  • Implement risk management tools and structures
  • Build a proper offer strategy
  • Understand and explain the company strategy to the project team members
  • Take decisions and work with autonomy

 

Location : position based in our HQ in Guyancourt (Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines), with frequents travels abroad
