Job description

As Project Controls Manager you will be leading the area of project controls for your project. Your responsibilities will include:    

  • Responsible for reviewing, assessing, and preparing various Project Delivery Schedules
  • Responsible for preparing monthly progress Reports for several packages.
  • Participate monthly and weekly progress meeting with client and contractors.
  • Prepare and monitor project tracking system to monitor the progress on weekly basis with planning engineers.
  • Provide critical path analysis for all packages.
  • Manage, train and recruit project control team.
  • Assist the commercial team to support on contractual claims and provide necessary delay claims report.

Profile

Candidates must have:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree. Ideally in engineering or construction management.  
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Fluency in English at a professional level.
  • Experience of at least 20 years in project controls and planning.
  • Experience on major railway projects including urban rail.
  • Experience in managing and developing a team is preferable.
