Our Building Quality Assurance services cover all phases of the project. We work closely with our clients throughout the entire life cycle of the project and are the leading experts in new construction quality assurance.  Our professional engineers have worked on buildings of all sizes across Canada and provide construction management consulting to our clients. We are considered the preeminent providers of Tarion Registrar Bulletin 19 Field Review Consultant services for new construction condominiums. We fully understand the myriad of regulations in the Tarion Registrar Bulletin 19 program and are one of the largest providers of B19 services in Ontario. 

As a Project Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting a collaborative team where you can showcase your talent and experience with project coordination, communication, proposal and document management as well as client relationship management. Job description

As a member of our Building Quality Assurance team, your duties will include, but are not limited to:

 

  • Coordinate and communicate proposal submissions including RFP and drawing review, preparation, formatting, and delivery;
  • Assist the project managers, accounting and business development teams with various admin tasks;
  • Create and assist the team with project file setup and management;
  • Update KPI trackers and prepare report summaries as needed;
  • Respond to client inquiries for proposals and project deliverables;
  • Assist the team with project admin task including report templates, presentations and file management;
  • Work with operations to improve processes via technology tools for data and project management;
  • Schedule and attend team meetings taking minutes of meetings including coordinating and tracking action items and deliverables;
  • Maintaining polite and professional communication via phone, email, mail; 
  • Other duties as may be required.

Profile

  • Degree in Business, Communications, Arts, Construction Management-related discipline;
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in a client-centric engineering consulting environment;
  • Excellent verbal & written Communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to find positive solutions to complex and sensitive issues;
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities within a complex and growing organization;
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite; and
  • Possession of a valid driver’s license and have access to a vehicle with valid registration and insurance.
