Job description
- Lead the development and execution of sustainability strategies for high-profile projects in the built environment.
- Conduct comprehensive sustainability assessments, including energy modeling, life cycle analysis, and green building certification processes (e.g. LEED, Estidama, WELL, Mostadam).
- Provide expert guidance on sustainability best practices, emerging trends, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and project teams to identify sustainability goals and create actionable plans.
- Oversee the delivery of sustainability consulting services, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Mentor a team of sustainability consultants, fostering professional growth and development.
- Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to integrate sustainability principles into all phases of project development.
- Represent the company at industry conferences, workshops, and seminars, sharing knowledge and positioning Egis as a thought leader in sustainability.
- Work closely with the sustainability team lead for pricing proposals and support on other business development activities.
Profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Environmental Science, Sustainable Design, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7-8 years of experience in sustainability consulting, with a focus on the built environment.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale projects and leading multidisciplinary teams.
- Professional certifications such as LEED AP, Estidama PQP, WELL AP, Mostadam AP (optional)
- Strong knowledge of sustainability standards, green building certifications, and regulatory frameworks.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
