With a view to strengthening our Operations Team in Italy, we decided to open 1 vacancy as Operation officer, so grab your chance and join Easytrip.
The Operations Department is present in all Easytrip offices in Europe, you will be part of an international team, but with the chance to organize your time unconventionally!
The Italian office is located in Cesena, but you will be allowed to work from home for the 66% of time, keep sharing tasks and responsibilities with several experienced colleagues. After the onboarding period, which you will spend training on the job on-site in the office, the working time will be distributed alternating 10 working days (most of them from home) to 4 days off.
During the onboarding period, you will learn all there is to know about the job, experiencing it, by coaching from the Operations Manager and training by your colleagues.
You will be managing booking, orders, questions and request that come in through Customers, Channel Partners and our Sales Team. You will closely liaise with internal and external parties (like Customs and Suppliers).
Some example of activities:
- Set and implement contracts in our systems, by data entry
- Be proactive and promote all possible solutions to ensure the best service to the customer
- Support customers with bookings (train, ferry & tunnels)
- Upsell our services
- Manage OBU's (toll devices), fuel cards, CRM systems
