Job description

• High level of skill and experience on Revit MEPF Building services. Fully conversant with BIM 360/ACC with the ability to fully configure collaboration
• Full understanding of LOD Specifications
• Ability to lead & Guide a team of BIM Coordinators/ Modelers/ Engineers/ Architects
• Developing the project BIM strategy, requirements, and BIM Execution Plans (BEPs)
• Training and upskilling project delivery teams in BIM processes and tools.
• Reviews the Procurement and Contracts tender documents, BEP and automation plans,
procedures used for the supply chain to ensure BIM capabilities/capacities are assessed and
aligned to the BEP and project information requirements
• Working knowledge and proficiency with the following: Collaboration and data management
solutions: BIM 360 / ACC, Navisworks, 3D/BIM-enabled quantity takeoff and BIM-enabled estimating tool


15 years of minimum experience.
• Experience in Hospitality/ Infrastructure / Residential / Hospital / Shopping Mall / Museum projects.
• Mandatory proficiency and Hands-on on Revit.
• Mandatory proficiency on Autodesk Navisworks Manage.
• Mandatory proficiency on BIM360 / ACC Environment.
• Proficiency in Dynamo scripting tools would be of advantage.
• Extensive knowledge of BS 8536, PAS 1192, ISO 19650 series.
• Strong knowledge of COBie implementation/delivery deliverables at LOD 300.
• Experience working within a multi-national working environment would be beneficial.
• Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and solve problems.
• Knowledge on Aeconex is a plus.
• Knowledge on various coordination platforms like solibri, Revitzo is an added advantage
